Windows 10 and the few games I have tried (Mainly Blizzard Games) have all seen the numbers on the mouse as a number pad

Utech support sent out a new one and a complimentary mouse pad when I emailed, and the new one has not given me any trouble whatsoever

If you are a very competitive gamer though, time is everything, and scrolling through your weapons can cost you all of it, but by default, with no set up at all, the keys on the side of your mouse are the number pads from key #1 to =, which worked great

The number pad buttons are smooth and prone to slippage during gameplay and because of their placement this mouse offers no place to grip the mouse with the thumb

This means that your mouse keys will have to be a redundancy of another key set, e.g. your num pad, which, if you're truly trying to fill up your options, can be limiting

Sculpted depressions in main buttons feel good and help stabilize mouse as it moves
