    • The bass extends endlessly and punches you with no mercy when the song calls for it
    • The bass is super clean and has a nice punch (something I was looking for for rock music and hip hop), but it’s not obnoxious in any way
    • It's not intense head-rocking bass that you may get from some Sony headphones (if you're looking for that)
    • the bass is AMAZING and so is the rest of the sound, build quality, everything
    • Bass is good and highs are where they should be.
    • Bought the Beats wireless and we're not happy with as the bass was too much and rattled the head phones
    • However, when the Beats are cranked up to full volume the bass becomes distorted
    • The Bass is great and the lows/mids/highs are right on point
    • Very good bass, perfect for EDM
    • These are easily the best bass geared headphones I have listened to based on leaving the mids and highs intact.
    • They also produce very rich tones with a nice bass that's not too overpowering like some other headphones.
    • compared+Best Bass of all products compared
    • Bass is strong and punchy, though not over-whelming or irritating whatsoever
    • but strong clear bass seems to be the thoughest quality to find
    • most people who are stating that these headphones have crappy bass is because they are either using EQ or some type of booster these headphone have clear bass but not as much bass as their older models
    • The sound is absolutely fantastic with crisp clear voice and deep, resonant and pure bass
    • The sound is crisp and clear and the bass is prominent but not overwhelming/overbearing
    • Nor do they have enough bass
    • If u want a good bass headset look up the Logitech G933
    • The bass is not overwhelming and the highs and lows can be heard very clearly
    • I owned the Crossfade M100s and was blown away at how crisp and deep the bass was and how clear the mids and highs were
    • Now the vocals that used to align to the middle has dragged to the left side as well as the bass
    • If you're a bass head who loves quality over quantity, you'll enjoy these headphones
    • (I'm a basshead so the bass will satisfy most people.)I originally had the Sony XB950 BT and the bass on those are spectacular especially with the extra bass button
    • They are on the warm side and the low end boasts a full bodied beautiful clean bass
    • I prefer the bass to be more smooth and mellow with vocals in the center of the soundstage
    • Muddy, overbearing bass and totally dominates the sound
    • Rich, crisp bass that doesn't muddle the mids or highs
    • They're ridiculously durable, comfortable, they have great quality sound for those who like a little bit more bass, and they fit all my needs whether it be gaming or on the go
    • If you like deep warm sounds & more "thick" sounding bass, Sony's is a good company for that (though they're not good on durability/longevity).
    • Crisp sounding all around with good but not overpowerful bass
    • However, the Bose have great bass, it's just the V-MODAs have more
    • The bass is great on these headphones
    • Good tight bass and good sound
    • Sound comes through incredibly crisp, with the right treble and strong and more importantly, deep enough bass but without being overbearing
    • The bass is fantastic, smooth, accurate, low, but not bloated
    • Now the vocals that used to align to the middle has dragged to the left side as well as the bass
    • Bass is there but not as loud as the V-moda, and the mids and highs are bright and clear
    • The bass was lacking, both on bluetooth and wireless, which is what most seem to buy V-Modas for.
    • I must add, the Sony's do have outstanding bass, probably the best bass on this list
    • Bass is crisp with no buzz and mids and highs are
    • most people who are stating that these headphones have crappy bass is because they are either using EQ or some type of booster these headphone have clear bass but not as much bass as their older models
    • In other words, the highs and mids are still present and do not suffer from the blossoming bass (great job V-Moda!)
    • Sound is a bit bright at times, strong bass, wish It had mire mids
    • They have cleaner highs (which is saying something), but have noticeably weaker bass
    • I've read numerous reviews and finally pulled the trigger on these thinking they'd deliver Bluetooth wireless freedom with detail bass, quick attack and decay, all without muddy bloat bass
    • Has the loudest bass, but other sounds are still noticeable and appreciable
    • I mostly listen to electronic music and classical music, and for both you're going to want a clean bass
    • However, I feel it lacks bass
    • wonderful bass and vocals sound wonderful.
    • They produce a solid bass that is resonant without being too boomy
    • Overall, I would recommend these headphones if you want clarity and strong, tight punchy bass without it sounding muffled or too intense

    • The bass can be thunderous and punchy, but it can lack separation or distinction.
    • WOW!The highs are sweet and crisp and the bass and midrange you can just feel
    • Even at full volume the bass and sound is crystal clear
    • The sound is very textured with a strong bass presents, yet the treble is sparkly clear
    • The bass is astounding and blends into the mid-range seamlessly
    • Unless the only thing you care about is overpowering bass, you will be perfectly happy with this
    • The bass is perfect
    • They have that amazing bass and warm/
    • The bass is strong, but not overpowering
    • I go back and forth between many different genres of music, but where these shine is its intense bass for EDM (of which I mix often)
    • are really good and balanced to but lack sub bass and punch, good bass quality not quantity, good mids, good treble, good dynamics, realistic sound, mainly use for movies, TV, but still love music on
    • I wanted a strong set of headphones with detailed sound and good bass
    • The M-100 is undeniably a pleasing and fun sounding headphone with stunning bass performance, but its resolution and coherency leaved some to be desired
    • The sound signature is exactly how everyone says, slightly accentuated highs, smooth mids, and a gorgeous tight bass.
    • The bass is there but not overpowering
    • Amazing Bass that stands out too
    • These are easily the best bass geared headphones I have listened to based on leaving the mids and highs intact.
    • are really good and balanced to but lack sub bass and punch, good bass quality not quantity, good mids, good treble, good dynamics, realistic sound, mainly use for movies, TV, but still love music on
    • The bass isn't as powerful as the Sony XB950 BT but the VModa Crossfade sound better and are clearer.*The volume button on the headphone isn't easy to locate and adjust while you are wearing them
    • I go back and forth between many different genres of music, but where these shine is its intense bass for EDM (of which I mix often)
    • The bass is a bit overwhelming and not natural
    • Although the bass is much more pronounced and heart-felt the V-moda team did a remarkable job in fine-tuning the bass so that it doesn't leak into the mids and highs and disturb those ends of the musical spectrum
    • If you prefer bass in your music, then these are the right headphones for you.
    • (The Custom One Pro has an adjustable bass
    • Excellent sound, bass, but balanced.
    • The clarity, bass, mids,
    • These are easily the best bass geared headphones I have listened to based on leaving the mids and highs intact.
    • Try understanding words now with outstanding bass which Beats could not do
    • Also, since the bass isn't too strong, it allows for the other sound ranges to pop more
    • In fact, if I were to conduct a blind A/B test between the two, I probably wouldn't be able to hear a difference.
    • Other companies have tried this like Beats, but in my opinion, have failed as they are all just mass produced variants and typically of poor quality.
    • Not as much noise cancellation as I would like for a commute, but in a non transit situation outshines other similar headphones in this bracket.
    • Not as good as with a standalone DAC/amp, but I'd say about 30% better than the iPhone alone - which is not a subtle improvement, and without the distortions introduced by the iPhone's electronic equalizer
    • Compared to something like the Beats Studio Wireless, the V-MODAS easily win as they don't have the noise cancelling hiss the Studios do.
    • I don't know why I keep buying V-Moda - I've had several pairs of headphones and earbuds that I love, but break as soon as they are out of warranty.
