I have used drums and toner from V4Ink for awhile now and I highly recommend their products and company.

But this drum basically ruined the printer, prints, and wasted a ton of toner and paper in having to reprint with different settings.

We purchased this compatible drum for our Brother printer.

This is a great option for drums - much cheaper than brand names and works just as well

Hence, I upgrade my review to 4-star with five stars for their prompt service and honoring their warranty on the product minus one star for the dead drum that was replaced.

After sliding the green tab many times, the drum is dead

Within 24 hours of posting my original review, customer service from V4Ink reached out by email, and sent a replacement drum AND toner (for the wasted toner) and the drum now works as intended
