The printer wasn't the problem the cartridge was the problem.

Update: couldn't get 2nd cartridge in the pack to work.

You might get a good toner cartridge that works fine but sooner than later you will get a bad one I promise

I can't take a chance on defective toner cartridges affecting productivity.

Not unless I receive a replacement and am able to see if the problem was in the two defective cartridges, or if this vendor's product is generally defective/unusable.

Do not waste your time with these "compatible" cartridges......more headache and cheaper in the long run to buy brand name......

I took out the cartridge, shook it, put it back in and went through the cartridge reset instructions again

I was contacted by V4INK on 1/9/17 regarding my issue and they sent me two new toner cartridges free of charge.

Just wanted to put in this update so people aren't throwing out good cartridges that still have life left in them!

Frustrated, I replaced this cartridge with an OEM cartridge and the problems went away

These are awesome printer cartridges.

This cartridge right off the bat was rejected by my printer (Brother 2270DW) but i used the Brother tweak to get it to turn the error light off.

so I exchanged the printer and then put the cartridge in the new printer right away and same exact problem

The compatible cartridges from this company don't begin to compare to the OEM-substitutes I've purchased from other companies

V4INK contacted me and promptly sent a replacement two pack for the faulty cartridge which seems to be working well.

Just as good as the originals!
