How can a product be advertised as the best when it doesn't do everything that is needed

I am very frustrated with the fact that I paid $500.00 for an excellent product and the manufacturer didn't take time to design an effective mechanism in which to keep it in place; something that would have cost pennies more.

Cheaper products out

Its a great product, but the unit that was sent to me was a outdated, not updated inside, bought the lastest and greatest version from the valentine website for the same $$, if you go onto valentines website you can check the version by your serial #

Easy to use, with an instruction manual that clearly explains everything you could possibly want to know about how to use this product and how it works.

the seller was receptive but the product he sold me was a lemon

So if you receive a defective product, or say your product BECOMES defective later down the road, you will have to take it with Company X or Company Y and hope they will replace your unit for you

Otherwise, great product and outstanding customer service
