I followed the directions but still not success (clean paws, cut back any excess hair)

I followed many peoples suggestions and trimed the pads to just the toe areas and then put em on his paw pads which was kinda hard to do only because he doesnt like ppl touching his paws

They are small for thete actual size and they came off with in 20 mins even with clean paws, item is not good
