don't get me wrong i love these reeds, really improved my sound and confidence with the upper altissimo register,The one thing i would suggest to players buying these reeds is that if you have a more modern mouthpiece i would suggest the the V12 strength 3 1/2 so you might get a more dependable outcome with the reedsI wish the best of luck to all considering this reed and i would like to challenge you to try them out, you might be pleasantly surprised
