My brother bought a epson on sale for $500 and although we can see his picture is a bit sharper and brighter than the vankyo, it was worth it for me to save the extra $300

While the fans can be a bit loud, they didn't overpower the movie

The fans blow out a bit of heat, but it’s not noticeable unless your hand is almost touching it
