Good solid file box

I love my lock box, however the strap broke off the box on one side.

It doesn't seem particularly sturdy like a steal box, but it seems like it should be fine sitting on a shelf holding documents and like it won't crumple if I accidentally drop it.

Great light weight filing box that locks to prevent grand kids from pilfering where they do not realize the negative effects of loosing my papers while they play.

It's a pretty decent box but the locks are terrible.

In the end, we had to break open the box to get at the medications (as both locks were jammed shut)

I really like this box but there are just a couple design flaws with it

I have filing cabinets for long term storage and filing but having a seperate, portable file box for active files is a very nice way for me to finally get organized and keep the files seperated

--we pried it open with a flat-head screwdriver--so the box wasn't very secure in the first place

For a truly secure box that works consistently over time, we would recommend buyers look elsewhere.

We have tried cheaper plastic boxes and the handles don't hold up to the weight of the samples and paperwork we need to transport

This would allow a common laptop cable lock to be used to secure the box to prevent someone from walking off with it

Other than the files slipping off the rails, it's a good box
