great, except the wheels are cheap, case will outlast the wheels.
It's hard to imagine the case will be usable by the end of this semester
The case seems sturdy, I am a direct seller and am using it for something other than what it was designed for, but compared to the weight of paper goods and the few items I have in it, there isn't much difference
While the case seems sturdy enough I haven't had it long enough to really test it out.
This is also a LOUD case but when you walk with it in hallways, the sound amplifies a great deal disrupting what people do
And if this is so easily broken, I don't feel that my "secured" items are secure
I checked the box, but used Delta's more "careful" service for more fragile items
We use this locking cart to carry items for health fairs among other things.
The item was perfect for the cause and at this time the number lock it's not giving any problems and the pull on handle is easy to pull and the security lock is easy to use.
And how odd that so many people received "defective" items, after perusing the feedback
I have had it a year and it gets worse every time I use it
The hinge that holds lid up on the one side fell apart the second time I opened it.
The first time that I actually took it out of my office and rolled it (about half full), the rivets ripped out of the soft aluminum rails that hold the file hangers.

Another was just sent to a new representative and the wheel broke in shipping
I was somewhat worried about the purchase because I read that others had bad experiences, such as the handle sticking and the wheels breaking.
