I recommend this drive to anyone who wants a nifty drive that is better protected than the average drive.

It also is convenient for not losing your flash drive.

Especially when I think back to my first desktop computer (which a friend told me would have all the "room" I would ever need on its hard drive, which was maybe 1 mb) and realize that these tiny drives hold as much as 8 or 16 GB, I am even more impressed with the achievements in miniaturization and data storage.

The chain is 34" long, which is enough to fit over my big 7-5/8" head with room to spare, so there's very little reason to unclasp the chain and risk losing the drive

I love this drive

I was in the market for a good quality flash drive, as well as one that would be less obtrusive (I'm a spy at heart, what can I say?

It fits snugly in the niche, but for added security, it is also attached to the chain, which I thought was a very good feature! Those who are looking for a little style with their storage will definitely like the Verbatim 8 GB Dog Tag USB Flash Drive.

A little bigger than I thought it would be, but otherwise a nice drive for my son who wanted something he wouldn't keep loosing.
-
That's about a third of the write speed that you would expect of even the cheapest flash drive, and it shows in use
-
I had good hopes, I really did, but I can't recommend this flash drive.
-
And as far as I can tell, the drive does all that we hope a good flash drive will do, with the added convenience of being easy to find.

I love my new Verbatim Dog Tag USB flash drive!

These drives do not perform well
