    VersionTECH. USB External DVD CD Drive Burner Superdrive for Apple Mac Macbook Pro/Air iMac Laptop, Retail Package

    • Makes a horrific noise when it is reading a CD
    • It does make some noise when it first gets going which sounded a little iffy, but everything works great!
    • –the kind used for furniture legs– to isolate the noise and creeping, without much success.
    • Initially, despite the incredibly loud noises it made when ripping CDs or playing DVDs, I thought "well, at least it works", except even that feeling was short lived
    • Also when you insert a cd it makes a super loud noise as if its damaging the cd.
