ALL SKIP LIKE CRAZY

Took the plastic off a brand new record and popped it on the player and the whole first song skips like crazy

Than I tried a used record and it skipped like crazy

I have a couple vintage records from the 60s/70s that work fine, but newer vinyls skip like crazy

 After about 10 hours of use, it started squeaking like crazy
