One screw missing from top deck, one other screw had completely come out of top deck and was jammed under turntable (no evidence of shipping damage -- my guess is screws were stripped when installed and simply fell out during shipping -- though who knows where the second screw went?).

Mine came with a bad speaker that would pop and cut out and it had a few loose screws in the case

Something heavy has come loose inside of the turntable cabinet and slides back and forth upon tipping, presumably once held in place by one or more of the same missing screws.
