I broke my wrist a few years ago at work.

The gel wrist rest made this so much better, it was comfortable to use and doesn't hurt my wrist when I'm using it for a long period of time.

I have carpal tunnel in my right wrist and it is very helpful in assisting me when scrolling and using my computer.

I was using the Vic Tsing without the wrist pad which worked fine except there is a ridge on my desk, which was causing my wrist to ache.
