The speaker no longer maintains a connection with the phone, turns it self off CONSTANTLY (not because of a dead battery) and is generally trash at this point

Based on other reviews, my guess is that they use cheap batteries that dont last long and die sitting in some wherehouse

The Ugly:-battery gave out after only 6.5 months (of very casual use)I've got it for only $20 but considering my previous (similar sized JBL Bluetooth speaker) was $35 and served me for 2½ years before kicking the bucket (and that baby was used and abused...) maybe this wasn't such a good buy after all

Power button really blows as it got stuck like the second time I used it.

The buttons being on the side are a somewhat annoying as you have to hold the entire speaker to prevent pushing it to one side or spinning the unit.
