I used my wall stud finder to locate the center of the wall studs to maximize securing the brackets

We have a 50" plasma on one bracket (which is very heavy) and a 44" plasma on the other (also heavy) ... and the bracket is very secure

The only reason I gave it a 3 star over a 4 star is because of the issue with getting behind the TV and tightening down the bolts to secure the brackets to the mount.

After shopping around for a whole week, I found the best,cheap and sturdy bracket

I ended up using the fastening bolts that came with my TV (meant for the TV stand), and was able to use those for fastening the VideoSecu bracket to my TV.All in all, I am happy with this product, but would prefer a solid, one-piece bracket instead of a two-piece for more accurate hanging.

The bracket was in two pieces, but the bolts they provided to bolt the two pieces together were not "flimsy" in the least and solidly holds them together

I had no problem mounting the bracket on the wall with the original lag screws

i bought two and hung up a 55'' and a 46'' and they holding up just like any expensive bracket.

It was not as good as other more expensive brackets, but my TV is on the wall with only moderate aggravation.

Overall, it is an excellent bracket, very strong, and the price is great

Would recommend this bracket for similar sized tv's.

I would recommend a wall bracket that swings out from the wall for easy TV access.

I mounted the brackets on the back of the tv and hung it on the back plate.

On top of the small brackets, the bolts to secure the bracket to the TV weren't the right length.

I purchased this bracket to hang my 70" Sharp LC-70SQ15U TV.

there is no adjustment as the bracket is just barely long enough to even attach to the TV.

It was not as good as other more expensive brackets, but my TV is on the wall with only moderate aggravation.

It was a good deal and most importantly was convenient to get up and is a solid bracket for our tv.

The TV is not that close to the wall when compared with the TV I installed with another (more expensive) mount bracket I've bought in Fries Electronics.

But a good bracket nonetheless.

the bottom brackets are damn near impossible to tighten via the instructions, but shouldnt be an issue if you are mounting it high (and hence letting the display hang down).

Great mount my only problem is tightening the brackets once you have the TV at the proper angle, you cant get to it to tighten with TV mounted, must tighten before hanging your TV

The back bracket is nice though since it could span three studs for me.

It is very limited and you can find a better bracket than this.

Bracket was easy to mount and good quality.

The bracket will crack were the bolts are installed or the 2x4 will crack in two, long before these bolts will shear off.

Barring that issue, the bracket is very sturdy, and much more reasonably priced than many other mounts.

The bracket is like many others, but the one major difference was the lack of spacer options.

Then, you simply lower them a bit so that the set screw clears the bottom flange, and the bracket is completely free of the backplate.

Bracket is sturdy and comes with appropriately sized lag screws for mounting.

Great bracket for the price, easy to install and holds my 51" plasma with ease.

But I has to give it just 3-stars due to the inability to fully secure the vertical brackets to the wall-mount portion of the mount, or adjust the Tilt!The TV mounts very close to the wall (which looks great), but you cannot reach the tilt adjustment handles due to make adjustments or tighten them down.

It seems secure enough though with it just hanging on the top bracket.
