This mount was easy to install and does a great job - all for a quarter of Best Buy's price.

That would have easily cost around $250-$300 at Best Buy.

The mount itself is heavy but it is a solid constructed unit and the same similar unit goes for close to $100 at rip off Worst Buy(Best Buy), even Costco's price was relatively high which surprised me since Costco usually has good prices

Overall I think this mount was a great buy, $30 seems to cheap for something this heavy and sturdy.

Why drop $75 at Best Buy?

Best Buy wanted over $100 for this exact wall mount.

Best Buy had virtually the same mount for $119 and no HDMI cable.

But all in all it was a great buy.

I went to look at these at Best Buy and found Best Buy to be more than twice the price and poorer quality.
