This mount is cheap and holds my tv like it is supposed to but the included level was slightly off (had to use my own) and it is IMPOSSIBLE to connect my optical audio cable once installed

Not sure I grasp the engineering concept with this mount?Also, the tilt adjustment handles and nuts are quite loose to begin with, so it's a good idea to tighten them up to where you can just move them, before hanging the TV.The mount installs at the center of your flat screen, so base your vertical measurements of placement on half your TV's height

The only con to this mount is that the tilt is difficult once installed.

The bracket will crack were the bolts are installed or the 2x4 will crack in two, long before these bolts will shear off.

Even though it is only installed on 1 wall stud, it is very secure

It took about 45 minutes to 1 hour for a clean install

Simply put, because of the limited space behind the wall mount, and because my TV is so large, it was quite difficult to set it in place and screw the bottom two to clamp down the TV (I constantly scraped my knuckles onto the wall as I twisted and turned to get my screwdriver in there)
