The Duracell batteries for whatever reason will not work in this remote but the Panasonic batteries worked fine

Changed the batteries several times and still wouldn't work.

It wouldn't work with two different sets of fresh batteries.

For the money I paid, it worked right out of the box, just simply put batteries in and it worked right away for my samsung smart tv

If it arrives DOA you are SOL.However, my wife didn't know any of this and grabbed the remote out of the box, installed batteries and it worked immediately

Bought this for a new samsung tv and DOESNT work at all, check the batteries, check a different remote, everything is fine, so the "New" remote, simply does not work.
