Smart hub button works as it should and everything is in working order

I bought this one because it came with the "smart hub" button

A few hours later, I tried using 'Smart Hub' again.

We have purchased another for $1 more numerous times with no issue, however no "smart hub" button

Received the remote and everything worked fine at first, including the 'Smart Hub' feature.

All buttons and functions (menu, smart hub, etc.) worked perfectly with no programming needed
