The gasket had been damaged at the factory during assembly.

The top clear part is not securely snug with the black base, even with the clear gasket properly in place as directed

I bought a new one after I lost a little gasket and then noticed they come with a life time guarantee.

So, great product - great customer service - dumb consumer who lost the gasket

In my opinion I believe it’s missing a gasket.

Have been using it for two years now and while cleaning the parts I lost the rubber gasket

But we were super excited to see the bubbles, which at least show the product is working as it should

Wasted my expensive wines,as they would leak while pouring

For something so simple, it works exactly as it supposed to

The results were as good as or better than the other decanting tools we have.

Not hard to clean as it comes apart and has a nice case.
