If you have an old record with a lot of "pops and clicks" simply cleaning the record with a damp micro fiber cloth or running it through a Spin Clean then using The Vinyl Vac will only produce a moderate improvement

I was listening to it this afternoon (just 30 min ago actually) and thought "this sure would be a good test of the Vinyl Vac" - I hadn't yet tried it on any of my old stuff for lack of time, and had also not tried it (as you should) following a wet-clean but had only used it a couple of time in the past week for dry-cleans after a brushing

If you have a spin clean, I highly suggest buying this!

Please don't bother trying those cheaper Discwashers, or Audio Technica clean system, MOFI clean system, or the famous Spin Clean

Wet or dry it sucks the dust and some grime (dry) better than anything I've ever used
