    • Didnt get my monitor back until February 28th, 2020 and by the time I got it, it came back with 2 dead pixels
    • The vendor I bought from provided no tracking number, they also provided no packaging aside from the monitor box which may have led to my having a string of dead pixels as soon as I plugged it in
    • The monitor itself is gorgeous, and I am currently filling out the paperwork for the dead pixel warranty claim through Viotek themselves
    • I purchased 3 monitors and do not have any dead pixels, the colors are as good as my 1440P
