Overall it's a really good product, for someone who doesn't want a electrical height adjustable table and already has a table top this is the best option

I'm 6'4" and it raises about two inches higher than my preferred, comfortable height when standing.

I was a big fan of things that come apart quickly, but even disassembling this comes with 3 components: two T-legs and the table top.
