Just make sure you are measuring correctly on the table top you are putting on top of this.

When I had set it up with a table top, it felt sturdy and easily usable at standing & seated positions, so I imagine it would do the trick

Overall it's a really good product, for someone who doesn't want a electrical height adjustable table and already has a table top this is the best option

The frame has two legs that are topped with desktop mounting brackets, and these two brackets are connected with a box beam that can telescope to allow for different length table tops

A little bit heavy, wish there could be a lighter versionThe screws are too long for a 3/4" table top, it almost went through the entire table (a little bump on the table, but that's where the lamp goes so..), found out about it after the first screw and bought some #10

Also comes with 5/8 in screws to attach the table top

I wish there were better instructions about ideal width the legs should be apart based on the width and thickness of the table top.
