However, the screw that tightens the monitor in place is already so well bolted in doesn't turn at all causing my monitor to tilt with nothing holding it

Mine came missing a bolt for the main post that sets on the desk

The 4 stars are due to the hinge parts being lose, if you move the monitor arm, and have a heavier/lager monitor you may have to re-tighten the bolt to secure them.

Good luck getting the bolts loosen to manipulate the arms

The bottom bolt did not fit on the edge of my desk properly and the flat plate fell off due to the retaining c-clamp falling off (easy fix)

I received the product on time but the H-Bolt was missing.

The bolts to set up the monitor with are the lowest quality the manufacture can find, not one, but two bolts are broken during installation

Wrong size bolts were included to assemble the clamp

It’d be a lot nicer if I had gotten tools that actually fit the god damn bolts...
