The build quality on this mount is mostly great

so I am forced to just eat the cost, I HIGHLY ADVISE ANYONE to avoid this product and spend a little more on something stronger or better quality, with maybe springs, etc

The quality of the part is really good, sturdy when mounted to the desk, the tools provided are junk vey soft metal and round off very easily, expect to use your own tools if you want a solid install, even though there is adjustment to raise lower each monitor to get them level with each other, mine did have not have enough adjustment to get them level, I had to make my own adjustment bolt which worked out very well

Works exactly as you'd expect, isn't insanely difficult to set up but not easy either

I have no worries about my monitors falling off (as long as you install the mounts correctly), and the clamp is a decent size

The handles to adjust are very well positioned, and the spring mechanism works as it should
