I've just wasted $36 on this VIVO Full Motion Dual Monitor Free-Standing Desk Stand VESA Mount with Articulating Double Center Arm Joint

This works as expected, we mounted two 24" HP monitors on it and this stand is rock solid.

Cannot recommend these stands, or Vivo, enough.

The stand tightens to the desk very well and the options to raise or lower the monitors as well as adjust their diagonal placement means this stand can do pretty much everything you need it to do.

This stand is awesome for the price.

This sat in a corner until I repurposed it as a laptop holder by attaching a flat laptop-sized rectangular base to the VESA mounts, tilting them ~ 90' to almost flat, and now I have a rather inexpensive dual-laptop stand that I'm typing this review on now

Okay, first of all this is a rock solid stand.

I chose to use the bolt and plate method rather than the clamp, and the stand is very sturdy.

My cats seem to enjoy the extra walking space as well since this replaces the oversize stands!

Overall this is a solid monitor stand that will allow you to reclaim desk space.

This cleared 50% of my desk space by removing those bulky monitor stands.

Once I folded the arms in a 'W' shape, the stand was perfectly stable and has withstood my adjustments to the positioning and angles of the monitors without any concern of tipping over.

If you don't need to rotate separate monitors, or if you like your monitors to at the same level, this is a great stand to use.

I really do not feel like the included hex tool is adequate for this adjustment and you will be cursing the engineer(s) in no time if you try to get the monitor to sit level without a good ratchet and hex socket.
