The desk works as described, I am enjoying using it and switch back and forth between sitting and standing several times a day.

It's a really poor design.

In retrospect, I would pay the extra to get a better design for raising and lowering.

I actually prefer that the keyboard shelf doesn't fit a mouse because the design of the desk allows me to lean my arms lightly on the main level

This design is very comfortable to use, when the monitors are raised up to a comfortable position, they keyboard is also at a comfortable height to use

So far, I am impressed by the sturdy construction and ease of operation

Moving from sitting to standing is super easy, given the weight I have on it; there isn't a chance that a monitor could fall off based on the sturdy construction.

Even with my chair at max height, probably 22" inches, I had to crane my neck to comfortable see the full screen without eye strain

While standing I do look down slightly (I'm 6'8" so definitely expected) but the whole desk is high enough for me to easily work without getting a sore neck.

After lugging this to work, unpacking, and setting up I found out the screws for the keyboard/mouse surface were missing on left side.

The product looks amazing in person but was missing screws to tie the small plates at the bottom

Also product was missing the metal feet and screws iit needs to attach it to the desk

But, the "preinstalled screws" to hold the keyboard tray were missing.

The tray is suspended with heavy metal brackets that screw into the underside of the top of the desk, essentially hanging from 6 very shallow screws
