The tray is suspended with heavy metal brackets that screw into the underside of the top of the desk, essentially hanging from 6 very shallow screws

After lugging this to work, unpacking, and setting up I found out the screws for the keyboard/mouse surface were missing on left side.

But, the "preinstalled screws" to hold the keyboard tray were missing.

Also product was missing the metal feet and screws iit needs to attach it to the desk

With the desk being made from fibre board, it isn't really a suitable material to hold shallow screws that are pulling all this weight straight down

This company also provided great customer service when I thought a screw was missing (but wasn’t, had just fallen out during shipping)

The product looks amazing in person but was missing screws to tie the small plates at the bottom
