I use it with a 27" monitor for karaoke, but I believe it could support a much larger monitor safely, without fear of it tipping over.

Also. a monitor on this stand is a very convenient second monitor for a computer

Love this VERY STURDY monitor stand for my karaoke setup.

This stand is better than I expected, works for mounting a monitor connected to a video camera for monitoring a live video as well as using it in the class room as a portable monitor.

Fortunately my monitor wasn't too large so it didn't fall over.
