I'm irrigating 10 plants, and I bet the system could do more without a problem; it has ample flow.

I will need to put a valve online to slow down the flow instead.

It is adjustable, without much precision though, to slow the flow of water which helps with a bit of control

I had to dial down the intake to obtain a proper flow in my fountain.

But think will try for a little more lift on next pump for faster flow of river

We get good steady flow and that little pump is now feeding numerous planter boxes (4'x10') and two good sized plots

With a shorter length of larger tubing it might work better, but hard for me to imagine much usable flow over 6 feet lift

no issues with about 4’ head height and a few 90 degree turns I still get decent flow

I used it with the smallest output bung and tried turning the adjustment thing on the pump and it was still way too much for a small fountain where you want just a nice flow not a thick jet of water LOL

It’s not very precise and really didn’t slow the flow much at all.

so far just filled a tub of water and placed this in it and connected my hose to return it to the catch basin and had decent flow and worked decent

The flow was weak

Even at its lowest level it pushes out a good flow of water.

I added this to a new pond I built in order to get an idea of the correct flow rate.

We even tried to go to Home Depot and buy a PVC pipe to see if putting that on the water tip would straighten the water flow.

There is no way to slow the flow of water down.

If it was a bit quieter, I would leave it inside the tank and enhance the water flow.

the flow to my fountain was much better than the original pump, it was also much quieter.

I did not try to measure the flow but it drops off to a dribble under 8 and does not seem like a very useful flow above 7.I was using their smallest adapter as it fit the tubing I had, and the tubing was about nine feet

and I dont think I would want any stronger flow, both coming out of the return pipes and also through the sump.
