This is a very nice whiteboard / dry erase board - particularly for the price!

Smooth dry erase surface.

Used it for the first time over the weekend, and I was unable to completely erase marks from the board using the low odor dry erase marker that I have used on whiteboards in the past.

All the screw and such needed to attach to the wall were present and the boards do their job (write smooth, erase clean, and so on) but they will not win a single beauty contest
