The unit works well until you use some of the integrated functionality
-
No external input interface brickCons:- First unit died after only 3 days of use, second unit was dead out of the box...most likely a defective circuit board is causing the issue- Thick display and does not have a thin design solution like more expensive 40-inch Samsung models, but then this is a budget
-
Recertified unit still had issue, but not quite as bad.
-
(I was assured that if the recertified unit still had an issue, it would be replaced with a new unit).3
-
I filed an RMA through Newegg for my first defective unit and now am having to file a second RMA through Amazon.
-
Recertified unit still had issue, but not quite as bad.
-
This is a great TV for an entry level 40-inch 4K TV, but will caution potential owners as to the probability of receiving a defective unit.
-
I'm only using it with a Blue-ray disk player, but it would serve as a top-notch unit with a full cable or internet hookup with all the applications, bells and whistles any geek heart desires
-
The unit I received from Amazon was DOA and never worked at all, whereas the Newegg TV at least worked for a few days before dying.
-
An impressive unit all around.
-
Unit was defective
-
If you are just watching TV or one program, the unit has not given me any problems.
