I only used this tv over wifi for the smart features for “netflix, prime tv, movies anywhere, etc...” and I’m absolutely DISAPPOINTED!!

Really horrible speakers and major major lag in the smart features

Serious lag using tv smart feature had to buy Amazon cube to fix problem.

had 2 other VIZIO TVs before getting this one with the “SMART TV” feature and it was VERY SHORT LIVED!!!

On the tv side of things, I was disappointed in the smart TV features

Seriously a terrible, terrible product

Product is great and son loves it for his college dorm especially since smart tv and he can connect items from his Mac book directly to his tv without any cords.

I would recommend this product to others who are looking for a Smart TV.

Great product, easy installation, integrates with HomeKit and AirPlay beautifully.

Product for whatever reason is slow

So now i have a brink attached to my wall, completely unusable unless i want the “connection lost” screen starting me in the face

the screen keeps freezing, the apps are laggy, the sound is weird

If you go on facebook market place you will see tons of vizio tvs with busted screens 　 Customer service stinks

My only problem for the first few weeks was that the remote/screen is a bit slow to respond to commands

When I lifted the TV from the box, the screen was shattered, however, I could find no damage to the box its self

but it the tv keeps losing the connection and doesn’t have Smartcast.

Issues with freezing, shutting off and losing the Wifi connection started within the first month.

Loses connection for no reason and requires frequent restarts.
