One more call to tech support tomorrow and then back in the box and back to

Vizio tech support could only recommend replacement.

I called the VIZIO toll free tech support

At that point, we decided to call Vizio tech support.

Called tech support twice and they were pretty much trying to blame it on the Apps ( netflix, Hulu, blockbuster..etc)It would never stay connected to my router and once I got it to finally connect, as soon as I started a app then it would disconnect immediately

This time tech support had me reboot the player..unplug, drain charge, plug back in.

That's good since the main problem seems to be with Vizio tech support.
