    VIZIO VBR122 Blu-ray Player with Wireless Internet Apps (2011 Model)

    • Tech support ran through the basics but failed
    • One more call to tech support tomorrow and then back in the box and back to
    • Vizio tech support could only recommend replacement.
    • Tech support is virtually non existent
    • I called the VIZIO toll free tech support
    • At that point, we decided to call Vizio tech support.
    • Called tech support twice and they were pretty much trying to blame it on the Apps ( netflix, Hulu, blockbuster..etc)It would never stay connected to my router and once I got it to finally connect, as soon as I started a app then it would disconnect immediately
    • This time tech support had me reboot the player..unplug, drain charge, plug back in.
    • Product needs work and better Tech Support

    • That's good since the main problem seems to be with Vizio tech support.
