Even though all of my other WiFi products in my house work this one only worked one time

Yes, it has frozen on me once when trying to power it off, but I think it was due to me not giving it enough time to stop playing video before I then hit the power button

I started playing closer attention to my DVDs when I would have to take them out if the player started acting up and I realized that almost every time my dvd player acted up and froze the dvd mid-play, the dvd would have those burn marks on it

The player worked great the first time it was turned on.

This time tech support had me reboot the player..unplug, drain charge, plug back in.

In the beginning it was great with the exception of slow load times

I use the amazon prime app all the time and it works fabulously

Hooked up good load time was a little slow compared to my last player.

I felt like I was on to something here--Time to move it

Customer support had me reset the player, every time I'd call.

Ordered a bad vizio first time round but my new one works great

There are a million other internet Blu Ray players out there, don't waste your time on this one.

This player only works about half the time now.

I wouldn't waste my time on another device from this manufacturer
