It arrived broken, pieces were falling off not sure if it was shipped like that or if it was defective from the start

it fell off of my ottoman and instantly broke the front piece where the up-and-down arrows are

Usually have to be right next to tv, or it won't work , and little pieces keep falling off, but click right back on.

It is totally useless and just a worthless piece of plastic

Only problem is the battery cover pops off after a slight drop, so I'd recommend putting a piece of tape over the batteries so they don't get lost if you drop it.

The replacement will too, because it's a flimsy piece -o-crap.

This was purchased as a replacement for the identical remote that came with our Vizio E-series, which failed after less than 6 months (some functions worked, some didn't, even after replacing batteries).
