My only complaint is upon being dropped too hard it broke on one occasion, however it was easily fixable

the case popped apart when dropped but clicked back together easily, other than that I’ve had no problems, the customer care is what I’m really writing this about

no joy, 3rd drop actually broke/cracked the screen, so that lip on top side is no good either.

It's held up great for about 3 months now, and has been through a few bad drops

When dropped, the plastic cracks and falls apart.

Love the case, but it really scratched up my ID from sliding across the face so much (and I only had 2 cards in) Would definitely not recommend for more than 2 cards.
