She loves that it is so well made (cast iron covered porcelain pot), the color coded fondue forks (so everyone can know their own fork), it keeps the cheese/chocolate/etc

The forks that come with it are much more sturdy than they look, and have held up well.

And I actually like the forks it came with.

The fondue forks are sharp but fragile and not very attractive
