I liked the design of the product

Works well but the design is terrible

poor design all around.

Unfortunately, the product doesn't feel well designed and ends up making the bean grinding process much more frustrating.

I've used grinders in the past that overlooked this obvious fact and this one has a clean, intelligent design on the chamber itself.-Operation is easy, device is stable and button is large and "depressable" with one finger; whole operation takes 30-90 seconds for complete grind, and one hand

I would suggest you spend a bit more for something better designed.
