The buttons are not very intuitive and seems to have a delay when I am trying to dial a number.

It works with caller ID so that is nice and the buttons are easy to see

Phone died completely, buttons stopped working/ no tones etc... could not return back to seller because return period expired

One annoying thing is that when you press a number button, e.g. 9, it doesn't register until you RELEASE the key

The buttons on this phone are "touchy".

I'd prefer if it had a way to dial someone's stored number by pressing the number button they are assigned to and hit call, but it does not do this.

Now the battery is failing and the button we use to start and stop calls is no longer reliably working, so I am shopping for a new phone.
