it now makes a loud buzzing sound and snags/pulls hair while you're trying to cut it which is painful

Now the clippers make an incredibly loud buzzing/rattling sound, and rather than cutting smoothly, they seem to rip hair instead

I've left it charging for over 24 hours, and I still get a dull/dying/slow sound out of it when I try to use it wirelessly

This is only enhanced once you turn the clippers on as the motor sounds cheap.

(first charge I left for 24 hrs straight out of the box waiting for the light to change)Secondly even after a full charge (presumably) and a regular oil, the trimmer sounds... slow, as if it’s about to die
