LE and the Burglary and Robbery cases I worked rarely had a light on the camera unless it was a Retail Store

The even have a fake red light that blinks and makes them look incredibly real!

I strongly recommend not activating the light; it’s extremely bright at night, and looks ridiculously fake

I installed lithium AA batteries to power the blinking LED in hopes the light will keep working for a year or so... we’ll see!

i havent even installed these, because I realized that changing the battery on the LED light is going to require getting up on a ladder, because they look so FAKE, that they have to be installed so high, that no one can look at them up close

The red light is bright, but for outside use its not too bright

they just keep walking , we live in a rough neighborhood and this is a lot cheaper than buying real ones since they cant tell if real or not along with my signs that say "video recording no trespassing", just need to replace batteries about evry 6 months or so because they have red LED lights that light up only in the dark.

A major concern is the one blinking red light that gives it away for real burglar's to notice the cameras are fake.

The LED lights only turn on when it is dark, which can save your battery life and make the item last for a long time

My option is the light is best

even install batteries to check the blinking LED light as at this point it doesn’t matter if the rest of the camera doesn’t look authentic

Bright red flashing light

Two lights were defective, we did not return as we needed to get the working lights up immediately.

I hope the little red LED light keeps working for the 9+ months as advertised and if it does it is a very great value.

The light doesn't work on one of them, but we waited a month to open them and find this out, so we didn't want to complain.

The red flashing LED light makes the cameras very noticeable in the dark which is a good thing

These look so real it freaks visitors out, out of the four units only three had led lights that worked when I installed them.

One caveat: these cameras include a battery compartment that allows you to power up a blinking red LED light

These are very realistic-looking, take two AA batteries to power the blinking LED light, and are unobtrusive during the day but intimidating at night

I have these mounted so that they could be seen during the day (without the flashing red light) and at night I have them by a motion detected light which should provide enough light so someone would see the cameras are there

If they could have just had a steady red light maybe that would go over better but just leave the batteries out if u prefer
