The app could be better and can be finicky sometimes (you need to wait until the arrow pops up to click on it to view otherwise it'll just load forever), but I think for the price this is an incredible product and would recommend to anyone looking to keep an eye out on their furry friend.

I really wanted to like this product, but as several other users have also commented, the set up is a nightmare.

The lady I spoke with, Simona, tried to walk me through the set up and when that was unsuccessful, provided a full refund as well as a new product
