i had no problems downing loading my songs from windows media

First, I had no problems charging or loading mp3 music

Worked on first attempt to load files, no hassle, 4-pin file transfer and charging works seemlessly

After some initial trouble loading music to it, I have been enjoying using it in the pool

I recommend the latter as you can easily remove tags from all your files at one time using a free Mp3 tag remover such as 'ID3 Kill' or any number of others available for download on the net

Those I dragged and dropped directly from iTunes didn't work as they were in M4a format
