Two of the hex bolts kept falling out, no matter how tight I’d tighten them.

all the others just fall out and it doesn't matter which hole the screws go in, they just fall out no matter what pressure I applied to make sure they were connecting thru the pieces of the case (obviously no so much pressure as to risk cracking the phone inside).I'll eventually replace those two screws since I forgot to contact the seller asking for replacement

You can't utilize the ID touch with this and you have to push hard to get it to respond so disappointed as it is heavy duty, but not user-friendly
