For the same price as a couple of 64GB SSD cards, you can have a 1TB portable drive

My MBP only has 256 GB flash memory, this 2TB portable external drive comes in handy to store my iTunes movie, tv, and music purchases, as well as all the phones taken from several generations of iPhones.

There are less expensive microUSB 4TB drives

However a 4TB hard drive is much appreciated because I'm doing my own backup to local drives, not counting on some cloud service

The 2 TB should be enough to last me
