There should be no excuse why such a feature would be top on your priority list - enough to warrant a three star loss if excluded

Caviar Black is good, but I like having the RAID-compliant features and the longer warranty -- and I'm happy to pay a small amount extra to get a better drive

Although I did not buy these from Amazon the part numbers are the same as well as cache features etc

This drive is relatively new for me, but I expect that it will keep performing as well as it has.
